About
I'm a delivery and transformation leader with 25 years in financial services. My career has been one long thread of the same pattern: see a broken process, diagnose the structural cause, design a fix, verify it works.
I've done this leading teams through automating complex business processes in derivatives trading, test automation, CI/CD pipelines, agile transformations, and now with AI.
Currently I'm a Release Train Engineer at Forca, where we're also working on adopting GitHub Copilot across the IT organisation. That work is about the organisational side of AI enablement: governance, adoption, change management. The projects on this site come from the same curiosity applied to the technical side: what does it actually take to build, govern, and operate AI systems?
I'm not a software engineer. I build working systems because the fastest way for me to understand something is to construct it. The four projects here are how I explored AI concepts hands-on: autonomous agents, RAG retrieval pipelines, decision intelligence, and the governance needed to make them reliable. Not demos. Working systems with evaluation frameworks, audit trails, and quality gates.
The point was never the code itself. It was to develop genuine, first-hand understanding of what it takes to deliver AI responsibly, and to be able to ask the right questions when it matters.
